What's the best app for calculating dimensional shipping for small volumes?

What is the best app for computing dimensional shipping as the point of sale if I'm shipping only a very small number of items each month?

- When it says "weight and volume based" shipping I assume there is a place for me to add in box dimensions for each product?

- Is there a means of adjusting the box weight and dimensions if more than one a particular item is ordered?

- Is the carrier shipping charge the discounted shipping charge by Shopify or by the app?

- You can add multiple custom boxes based on your requirement or number of items

Hi Anindita. Hope you dont mind me asking but there seems to be an understanding here of my issue. 

Ive integrated the SHIPPIT app for fullfillment rates (australia). However they are saying that my package that I am on is the basic shopify package and this does not account for full package dimensions. Can you advise if possible on which package will ensure I can enter full package dimensions for each product? Is it the ADVANCED package?
