Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, can i get reel help, not from shopify help center?
I think i was tricked. I ordered goods from Wenald through shopify at 2024-03-09, but I did not received the goods. The link is no longer available, what should I do? Can somebody help me?

As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. Since each business operates independently - it would be best to speak with the business that you made a purchase from. However, if you are unable to get into contact with the business, I would suggest speaking with your bank or credit card company about the situation. They will have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the purchase.
