What's the credit card rate for Paypal in New Zealand?

We are a charity and started our subscription, we thought the Stripe payment account will be available but it seems that they are not available in here, New Zealand. Can someone please confirm if this is correct?
Also I can see the credit card rate is different from transaction fee. So would credit card fee charged to us (not customers) when we receive payments? I couldn't see credit card fee for Paypal, so I was wondering how much that would be as well.
