Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, there is a problem when placing an order on my store, the customer normally fills in the billing information during the order and then clicks the "pay" button and does not want to let it go because it says "There was a problem processing your payment. Try again or use a new payment method." So I want to ask how we should proceed, since customers cannot place orders.
Is this affecting all customers or just some? we have this issue intermittently (With customer evidence via photo) but Shopify support don't want to deal with it and cannot replicate because they use a simulated gateway stub rather than testing end-to-end.
No, I'm not going to see the problem because I would have to add payment details and it might check-out and take my money 😆
Do you have a screen capture or image of what the problem is?
When I go to checkout page on both desktop and mobile the error is (Corretly) incomplete address and payment details when I click pay unless I fill those out.
ah ok. I see. Do you have Shopify payment set up in admin? (settings > Payments)
