For added context, could you advise what section of the admin you're trying to access?

Based on the screenshot you shared it looks as though you'll need to contact the account owner. The account owner of the shop will need to look into adjusting staff level permissions to grant you access to this page.

I'll share our Shopify help center resource for more information on assigning sensitive permissions to staff and accessing administration options on the Settings page.  

If you haven't had a chance to already, I recommend taking a look at our resource on buying a domain through Shopify. Having a custom domain for your business is a great way to strengthen your brand, increase credibility and allows your brand to be more easily recognized.

Could you advise what happens when you click the green Request access button you see in the screenshot?

I'd also recommend going through the following troubleshooting methods:

• Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
• Try a different web browser and incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
• If you are still experiencing a display issue using incognito, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
• Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don't support every browser, but we do support these ones.)

If after trying the above troubleshooting steps you're still not able to access this section of your admin, could you please create a support request here. Since we are not able to see within your Shopify admin and settings we may need to connect you with our support team to help rectify the issue.
