What to do when a purchased item's store is unavailable?

I have purchased a merchandise in buyshkso.myshopify.com two days ago. Now when I try to reach the team/ website for shipment details, the store is not available. Could you please advise what the next step is. Thank you

Hi, @Subash1089. I'm happy to share some information to help you out with this.

 

There are many different reasons why a store may be offline. It's best to reach out to the store you ordered from directly for more information about why this store is offline. This guide lists some ways you can get in contact with a store about an order. Since it's only been two days since you placed your order, you may need to wait for a reply. If you don't receive your order or get a hold of the business within 30 days of placing your order, I'd then recommend you contact the bank or credit card company you used for your purchase. They often have systems in place to help with online order issues like this. At that time I'd also recommend you report it to us here. While we aren't able to disclose the results of any reviews we do, reporting it to us will allow us to look into whether this business is using Shopify and if so, whether they are violating any of Shopify's policies.
