What to do when a store is unavailable after making a purchase?

About 15 days ago I purchased two clothes from Christian Veluré which was run by HKE Venture and is under your website. Now when I log in, it shows shop not available and I spend a lot of money on those clothes. What do I do now? Is it going to be shipped or not as the website says store not available.

As Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell online, we are unable to manage day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process. If however, you placed an order online, I'd encourage you to check out our Order FAQ Page for more information on how to proceed.

 

If after 4 weeks you still have not received your order, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.

It has been 4 weeks since the purchase and I still haven’t received it. I went to my bank manager and he said that the money has already been debited from my account to your account and the bank can’t do anything about it. They said it’s either shopify sends me the clothes or the refund. How am I supposed to go forward with this? Is there any number or shopify email that I can contact to? Thanks.
