What to do when an online order is not delivered and the store's URL is down?

I made my first order back in April of this year BUT my order was never delivered. 
I contacted the store numerous times but did not get a response. 
I also tried to follow the steps to file a claim but the store’s URL is no longer working. What do I do now?

It would seem the store has been closed at this point, either by Shopify or by the merchant themselves. In this case, and as you have not heard back from the merchant, I'd recommend contacting your bank and asking for their assistance with this situation.
