Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I never received an order and now when I try to go to the order page it no longer exist and neither does the website what do I do?
I am sorry to hear about this order you placed that you never received. I can't confirm if the merchant's store was hosted on Shopify, but I do have the best next steps I can share with you to get this resolved.
If you received an order confirmation email, you can reply back to it to see if you can connect with the merchant about the order. If you are unable to contact them that way, I would then recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to open a claim. They will have processes in place to help you get a refund for your money spent on this purchase. Opening a claim with your bank will also open an investigation into the merchant account from the platform hosts side as well.
