How do I solve my check out issues?

 

it kept on saying there was an issues processing your payments

Which payment provider is the error occurring in? Have you also tried to complete your purchase via an incognito window, a different browser, or a different device, to see if the issue persists elsewhere?

 

I also recommend checking your abandoned checkouts, to see if the purchase attempt appears there. If it does, oftentimes an error message can be seen within the order, which should explain and clarify the issue further. You can follow the instructions below to check this on your end:

 

  • On your Shopify admin, go to Orders > Abandoned checkouts
  • Select your order, then scroll down to the order's History section and click on the line items to expand more information
  • Check for an error code in regards to the failed payment attempt
  • If you've located an error code but aren't sure of what it means, you can reach out to our live support team who can help clarify. We aren't able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, due to security reasons, but you can reach out to our support team via our Help Center here. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.

Thanks for the response, on my abandoned checkout I didn’t see any error code

 

also I’m using Paystack

Seeing as you're using Paystack as your payment provider, have you reached out to their support team directly to alert them of this situation? We don't have access to Paystack from our end, as it's a third-party payment provider that operates outside of Shopify — so if you haven't already done so, contacting their support team will be your next best step here as they're best equipped to support you with directly troubleshooting their gateway.
