What to do when no payment providers are available in Iraq?

iam from iraq and iam facing a a problem 

i have checked the list of payment provider available in my country

and none of them is available

what should i do?

I understand that you are having some issues finding a supported payment gateway for your business. You can see the list of supported gateways for businesses located in Iraq here: Iraq Payment Gateways to Accept Customer Payment.

You need to have a separate account for these gateways from the gateway provider in order to use them. Some may have specific requirements to enable access to the gateway in your store. You will want to ensure you contact the gateway provider directly to learn more about your business eligibility. 

If you have contacted all the listed gateways and were rejected from their services, I would like to hear more about that. Are you able to share any feedback or information these gateways provided you?

I would be very interested to hear more about what payment gateways you contacted and what their response was. If they don't support merchants in Iraq at all we definitely want to know so we can update our list of supported payment gateways.

I suggest opening shopify payments payment gateway for iraq , this will help us , we can't work because of this problem

Payoneer checkout doesn't work with iraq, in order to use them you need to have a registered business in hong kong and have a monthly volume of +20,000$

I'm from Iraq too, I've been contacting all the possible payment providers to no use... none of them operate in Iraq, if there is a solution please let us know, otherwise I'm forced to close my account with Shopify....

I encourage you to follow our step-by-step guide to activate a third-party payment provider for your Shopify store. I would also suggest reaching out to the third-party payment provider's support and ask for a clarification on why you may not be able to use the gateway. They may be able to provide you with further insight about the situation.

I appreciate your response, I have tried almost all of the payment providers that you have listed, and I have contacted each one of them too, I've waited for two hours to get my turn to talk to live support.

I didn't write my comment after failing to integrate with a single provider, I spent almost a month trying different solutions and there is no use, I've contacted your support and have an open case with Shopify regarding this topic, I wrote this comment so that other people who are from the same country/region would know that the providers you're listing don't work in this area! 

I understand that this is not mainly the issue of Shopify but I can't help but feel disappointed for the lack of support in this region...

Hello im from Iraq, Kurdistan Region we have the same exact issue, there are no 3rd party providers, please when you talk to your team we have few options you can look into when it comes to adding other providers specifically for our location…

look into these companies 

First Iraqi Bank (they are fully digitalized)

Fast Pay (same)

Switch Debit / credit cards

Asia Pay

Qi Pay

Zain Cash
