What to do when not receiving goods purchased on TikTok?

I brought something on TikTok called a slushy machine, I’ve not had an email but got a receipt on the shop app, I’ve not heard anything and not received my product, when I click on go to store an error code comes up. I’m trying to add a complaint but it asks for a ulr code from the email but I didn’t get one, what can I do to resolve this issue

If after 4 weeks you still have not received your order, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.
