Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I recently received an order for $305 using a discover card. They did provide a email address. The IP address is good and there was only one payment attempt and it went through and there is no other alarms showing that its fraud. Should I be concerned???
In my experience managing stores in the past, medium risk orders were almost never fraudulent, but in the end it's your decision to decide whether to accept the order.
You could contact the customer if you're concerned, let them know your fraud system tripped an alert, and you're just confirming all is good.
I wrote a quick guide on dealing with fraud orders here: https://orderautomator.com/fraud-guide
