Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I received an order on a Monday (holiday), and it's Friday and I still haven't received my payout. Any idea when I should?
Hi, @TheQueensThrone!
When a customer places an order and uses a Klarna payment option to pay, the funds are paid to you in your next Shopify Payments payout. Your payout will be paid to you usually within 2-4 business days from when the order came in. Most regions take 3 days; merchants in the US and Australia will be paid out in 2 days, and merchant in Hong Kong and Singapore will be paid out in 4 days.
In this case, if the order came in on a Bank Holiday Monday, the next day (Tuesday) would act as business day no. 1. So the payout should have been sent to you yesterday, Thursday, if you are in a region with a 3-day payout period. It may take your payout a further 24-48 hours to be deposited into your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times, so this is what may be causing the delay! Shopify would have sent the payout on the set business day, but it may take a little longer for you to see it in your account.
Could you let me know if still cannot see the payout on Monday? It may just need a little extra time to reach you over the weekend!

Hi Ava! Is this still correct? I want to implement Klarna in my store but honestly I have not found information about how often they issue the payments through Shopify. Thanks!
Hi @antonelabk
The information that Ava shared is correct, payments processed through Shopify Payments x Klarna go onto your next scheduled payout. You can schedule your payouts for next day processing, weekly or monthly in your admin. You'll be able to see your payouts in your admin and track their process.
