I made my first sale, about to send the item, but the payout still says pending. Any ideas?

Hi @chrislongprints !

 

If there are no dates under your payout schedule, then there is a high possibility that your payouts are on-hold. I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so they can further guide on getting your payouts.

In the end it was two factor authentication not being turned on
