Where are funds from Shop Pay Installments going in my online store?

Hi, 

I recently opted for Shop Pay Installments in my Online Store and I don't know where the funds from Shop Pay Installments are going. They are not showing under payouts. And the funds from Shop Pay Installments are not showing in my bank account? This is super frustrating. I've received a few sales through Shop Pay Installments and I have no idea where the money or how to get it 😞

Welcome to the Community! Definitely a great place to gather some input regarding anything about the platform! We have a great group of contributors who are always willing to provide their own expertise and experience with regards to Shopify! 

When it comes to Shop Pay Installments and how you get paid, please refer to this link for more information. The document states that After you've captured the payment  for an order placed using Shop Pay Installments, you'll receive full payment for your order within 1 to 3 business days, excluding the fee incurred for using Shop Pay Installments. You get paid by Affirm and your payouts are sent to the same bank account that you use for Shopify Payments.

For further assistance, I recommend you reach out to our Live Support team as they can look at the back end of your account, your payouts and orders specifically, and can help you track where exactly the payouts for these orders went.
