Where can I find the option to print a paid shipping label?

I need to ship an order - the 'ship' option is not there. This is the first time this has happened. Shipping is already paid for. Where can I print a label?

You mentioned that the Create a shipping label button is not in the order page of your Shopify admin. This error can happen for a variety of reasons. I'd like to learn more about your fulfillment situation so that we can begin troubleshooting. Are you currently using Shopify Shipping, or a third party app to print your labels? If you are using Shopify Shipping, you will want to review the customer information to ensure that it is accurate by using a carrier validation tool like DHL Validator.
