Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi there,
I am practicing and working through the different functionalities of Shopify before I launch, however I just noticed that I don't have an exchange button anywhere. I have placed a few test orders, and I thought it might be related to them not being fulfilled, but I just fulfilled them and still the only 2 buttons I can see is return or refund.
Where do I go to find the exchange button?

Shopify POS supports Exchanges and Shopify Online only supports refunds or returns.
You can do product exchanges in a few ways:
1. You can refund the product and they can then purchase a new one
2. You could refund the product as a credit to their account
3. You could use an app like Loop https://apps.shopify.com/loop-returns that allows you to do all 3.
