That looks like an order confirmation from a store called Smartee Gadgets. Shopify is the platform that many businesses use to build their online stores, however, we do not manage any of those stores and we do not fulfill any orders.

When did you place that order? And did you try replying to the order confirmation email directly to ask the store owners about tracking the shipment?

I would recommend contacting the store owners through any means available (email, their contact page, social media) to find out more information.
