Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My customers have not received there products they ordered 2-3 weeks now.

Thank you for reaching out here! Generally, if you're shipping out your own products, you'll be able to track this yourself with the tracking details you have and contacting the carrier you're using! However, I'd like to gather context so I can better understand the situation here!
Are you using a Dropshipping supplier or perhaps the Print on Demand model? Otherwise, please adviese if you are shipping products out yourself!
