Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I am a Shopify Payment Method user and I had a problem with Payoneer because some of my information was sent late, so they canceled the payments to transfer me via Shopify and said we returned it.
My question is, do you have any idea where these payments are, have they been returned to Shopify Payment Methods or returned to customer accounts?

Just to confirm, are you using Shopify Payments as your primary payment gateway? But the funds that are sent through from Shopify Payments is routed to your Payoneer account?
If this is the case, because Payoneer is a third-party organisation it's best to reach out to their support team to get clarification on where they are sending your funds back to.
You can also check your Shopify Payments payout information by going to your Shopify admin > Settings > Payments > Shopify Payments > View payouts. From there, you can see your payout information and check if there are any issues with your funds in being sent through to Payoneer. Though I do recommend in reaching out to their support team too, just so that they can look into this situation further on their end.
