Where do payments for other apps go?

I have a customer who’s is and has tried to pay on google pay but it’s shows it’s confirmed but no payment to me.

Thank you for your post, I'm happy to share some information with you. 

In order to have Buy on Google enabled, you will have to set it up on your account by following the instructions listed in this help document. If that is set up correctly on your account, then any payments for orders placed by your customers through Google are processed with Shopify Payments, and the order shows up within 30 minutes in the Orders section of your Shopify admin.

If you have not set up the Google channel in your Shopify admin but your customer still believes they placed an order on your store, I recommend contacting Google Merchant Support directly.
