Where is my order number 236592 purchased on 05-08-2022?

I made this purchase on 05-08-2022 and it says it has been shipped and I still have not received it. I want to know what is going on with the order or if I can cancel and get a refund for the full payment on the order of $25.95

Just to confirm, did you place this order on an online store? For context, merchants use Shopify to host their online stores, but Shopify isn't involved in the day-to-day operations of any businesses on our platform, so we're unable to look into specific orders or provide refunds.
