Where to locate public and private keys on my ecommerce site?

Hi , I'm new to shopify where can I find a public and PRIVATE key of the website

Shops don't have private or public keys. Apps attached to a shop do. These apps could be private, custom, or public ones like the Storefront API.

Without knowing why you need it's hard to guide you to what kind of app you should create. I'll leave a couple of links below for further reading to get you started.
