Which app can manage installment payments for online courses?

We sell online courses hosted on Thinkific and we're looking to migrate the e-commerce part of this to shopify but have some specific needs regarding the way we'd like to "sell". Critical to this is the checkout function to offer the following:

1. Customer to choose to either pay in full or spread the payment over a number of installments (NOT subscription)

2. Assuming we do not collect all the money upfront then Installment payments to be interest free - simply a percentage of the full payment - for example - spread the full cost  over 4 monthly payments, 25% of the basket price each payment.

3. Installment option to be available worldwide

4. Installment payments to be collected automatically when due (not a deal breaker if a manual process needs to intervene)

5. Any coupon used on the cart total to be applied to each installment. For example - cart total = $100 - coupon code is 20% Discount - if paying in 4 installments then $20 on checkout and 3 installments of $20 each

6. Notification if installment payment is in default (to remove access to their courses)

Specific questions about Shop Pay Installments:

Can this be restricted in the settings to only be available for the 4 biweekly option without offering the customer the longer, interest bearing option?

Our virtual store will be based in the US - our customers can be anywhere in the world but no physical product is shipped, merely they study their courses online, asynchronously. Do the geographical restrictions still apply?

Can anyone suggest which app or apps satisfy the criteria above please ?
