Hi @Jnrmokgosi.
Thanks for posting here in the Community! Happy to help you on this.
There are a couple of other payment providers available to you in Botswana. We actually have a page here where they are listed for you. You can also find a list in your admin under Settings > Payments > Third Party Providers or Alternative Payment Methods. One that I might recommend to you is 2Checkout Convert Plus which is quite popular among our merchants. With this payment provider, it can help to achieve a better, faster conversion rate optimization.
Once you have chosen a payment provider you will need to activate an account with them externally on their site, you can then enable the provider from the list shown in Settings > Payments. Check out our help center doc here, which also walks you through the set-up steps.
Those listed on the support page above are gateways that have a verified integration with Shopify. It’s always up to the gateway to ensure that they integrate correctly with our platform, rather than the other way around. I would definitely suggest reaching out to the support team of a gateway you were interested in if you have any questions or concerns.
Is this your first store with us, or have you been selling elsewhere? I'd love to help you with some business growth ideas, we are always happy to share our advice and suggestions to you!

After activation they can not pocess test checkouts
Hi @Jnrmokgosi.
Thanks for your reply, however I am not sure if I fully understand your response here, but I would like to help. Could you please advise further? Are you unable to test your checkout?
If you would like to simulate a test transaction, you can do so via the bogus gateway, or you can use your real payment provider, and then immediately cancel and refund the order. You might be subject to fees from the payment processor that you use. You can learn how to simulate a transaction or place a real transaction by following our help doc right here.
If anything is unclear please let me know.

Ok here is what i encountered....... I activated 2checkout, then tried to chechout, it does not load the page where you enter your credit card details. It shows an error.
I tried again with fasterpay...... Still does the same.
Hey @Jnrmokgosi.
Appreciate you getting back to me and letting me know you are encountering this issue. Happy to help! Just a couple of questions in order to narrow the problem down:
1. May I ask what type of payment you are trying to process?
2. Are you trying to place a test order with a real transaction, or are you trying to by simulating a transaction?
3. Just to be sure, are you also following the steps to set up a payment providers as listed here in this help center doc?
4. Have you created external accounts with the providers on their sites?
If it is not too much trouble, can you please send a screenshot of the error that is appearing for you at checkout, so that I can have a further look into it.
Thanks!

Don't use Paypal its working correctly
Hey @Jnrmokgosi.
Thanks for sharing your store URL it is such a great help. I went ahead and tested both payment methods on your checkout and ran into some issues myself. It seems like there may have been a step missed or possibly a typo with the API keys entered for the payment providers.
When testing out that payment gateway below I am getting the following error:
Looking at the screenshot, it tells us that there is 'no such API Key'. This tells me that perhaps the API key is incorrect here, or some other information is incorrect. What I would suggest here is to start from scratch and generate another API key following their help guides and ensuring the email address is the same email used when creating your account. If that still isn't working, reach out to their support team to make sure your API key and all your other information is correct. They would be best equipped to deal with questions about their payment integration with the platform.
In regard to Faster pay, the error I am receiving when trying to check out proposes that the payment gateway has not been activated correctly.
Have you had a look through their set-up guide here to ensure we are not missing any set up steps? Has the payment gateway been activated with test mode like my screenshot below? If the below checks out then it may be worth reaching out to Fasterpay support at merchantsupport@paymentwall.com for some further troubleshooting.
I do hope the above information helps and this gets resolved for you very soon.
