Hi @Aadhiss
Thanks for reaching out, that's a great question!
The third-party payment gateways that you can use on your store depend on where your store is located. You mentioned that you were in India, so you can view all of the available gateways for India here.
As these payment gateways are third-party and external to us, I wouldn't be able to say for sure which one would definitely work for you. Each gateway will have its own set of rules & requirements that you must adhere to as a merchant in order to use their gateway. We have some information here about how third-party payment gateways work on Shopify, and the steps involved in setting them up.
I would recommend reaching out to the gateways directly, as they will be the best equipped to provide you more information on whether or not their integration would suit your business.
You mentioned Razorpay and Instamojo - I am not actually seeing those options on the list above, which likely means that those gateways are not available to use, or are currently not supported. Perhaps PayPal or 2Checkout might be suitable options for your India based business?
What kind of products are you selling on your store? I would love to hear more about your business and your plans for Shopify - let me know if there's any aspect of the setup that you need some help with! We're always here to point merchants in the right direction to receive assistance.

Hi @Aadhiss
I understand what you mean!
If you actually click the 'View all payment gateways' section on that page, you will be presented with more than just the three main gateways you are referring to:
As you can see, there are 10 other gateways to choose from besides the three gateways listed in the main section.
In India, you can add PayPal Express Checkout as a payment option for your checkout. The PayPal integration supports purchases made in United States Dollars (USD). We have more information on using PayPal in India here.
Perhaps you are confusing PayPal as a billing payment method for your store? In that case, you are correct in saying merchants in India can't use PayPal as a payment method for paying their Shopify bills, but you can use it as a payment method for your checkout as mentioned above.
Adding a payment provider to your store is as easy as navigating to Settings > Payments and then selecting Choose a Provider. As mentioned in my last reply though, each provider will have their own set of requirements that you will need to adhere to when creating your merchant account with them.

You are supporting only 3 payment providers in India as per your link?
Out of it, Paypal cannot be used in India?
Why so limited, then how do we add payment providers to Shopify website?
This is an accepted solution.

Hi, PortOne Payments is already integrated with Instamojo and Shopify. You can use your existing Instamojo account to sell on your Shopify store via PortOne Payments Shopify App. Please share your contact address or raise a query to our support email: contact@portone.io
We are eager to help you go live!
Hello Sir,
I have connected my Shopify store with Portone. But now on check out page, portone page show me an error “enable Payment methods”
so can you please help me resolve it ?
Hi Jabsy, assuming you have enabled Instamojo on your PortOne account, you might have missed a small step of activating the payment after you filled your Instamojo credentials. Please log into your PortOne account. Make sure you are in LIVE mode then go to Payment Channels > Instamojo. Here, you will see a checkbox next to "Credit/Debit cards, Wallets...". Please click on the checkbox to enable to methods on checkout.
Also, Here's a YouTube video detailing step by step process → https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgfnnX04qZw
Please reach out to us at contact@portone.io mentioning this thread as well as your Login ID on PortOne. We will be able to better help you further!
Regards
PortOne team
