Who collects the data for card payments in case we use Stripe for card charges at Shopify's checkout

Hey,

My lawyer who is responsible for my website privacy policy, told me to check and confirm that card details will not be collected at checkout under the first option (Credit Card) and that, in case of system integration with Stripe, card data will be collected and processed solely by the payment service provider and not by your company.

Who collects the data for card payments in case we use Stripe for card charges at Shopify's checkout? Is it Stripe? Shopify? Or both?

In my country (Greece) Shopify payments isn't available.
