Who else has experienced issues with Stamps.com and Shopify integration?

I have had more than THREE years of difficulty with the interaction between Shopify and stamps.com. I love their software but it often does not work. constant communication error messages and also FAILURE to load orders fro,Shopify to stamps. I spend at least 2 hours a week over on the phone with stamps and they just can’t fix it. Anyone else have this ? I am thinking of changing to pirate ship. Does it integrate well with Shopify, does anyone have that set up? I do not find the Shopify experts too knowledgeable on the shipping situation. THANKS FOR ANYTHING! I AM DESPERATE

May I know what issues you are facing with the stamps.com software? Normally, the issues are less and they integrate well with Shopify. Yes, Pirateship is also a good choice since they provide good discounted rates for USPS. Along with this, you can also look into the Multi Carrier Shipping Label app that has integration with Stamps.com and helps you automate the complete shipping process; live rates, print shipping labels and handle the tracking process.
