Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Does the stores product cost get taken from my account or from customer payments?
Hi @poordaddytv
When you say "product cost" are you referring to the product price that you pay for the item, before you mark it up for the consumer cost?
The product cost, pre-markup, is set by you (or the supplier) and is used to calculate your profit margins. If that is not what you are referring to, can you share a screenshot of where you are seeing this field and how you are referencing it?

Got it! So if you are dropshipping products the customers payment will go to you and then you pay the supplier to fulfill the order.
I recommend taking a look at our blog on How To Start Dropshipping - You might find some valuable information!
