Why am I being charged twice for my annual subscription?

Hello I have a Shopify account. I pay subscription every year 348 dollars. I already paid my yearly fee for 2024 on 20 January 2024, I have a reminder that tomorrow I will have a future payment of Shopify another 348 dollars that I already paid last month for my yearly subscription.

What is this ? Why?

I tried to contact through support e-mail and is not supported anymore. Let me know.

I am not able to access your account details through our Community forum so it would be best to contact our Support Team. If you paid your annual subscription then you should not be charged a second time.
