i keep paying and paying i am not seeing any benefit to this i order a bag of coffee to see how long it would take to get to and your cluster **bleep** of  a system did not even sendit so what the hell dude i am really pissed off by this and then i find out you charge me $ 30 dollars for what ever made up shit you are doing the coffee was 12 dollars and you charge me $39 WTF dude this is a pyamid scam so refund me my money because this is a scam and i have not received product if there is one more charge on my card i will get authorities involved im not kidding

I understand that this is a frustrating situation. I wanted to clarify - did you sign up for a Shopify subscription which now charges the $29 per month? To clarify, Shopify is a platform where merchants come to create and host their online stores - and the subscription is in place for them to be able to continue hosting the store here.

 

If you're not interested in having a store on the platform, I would be more than happy to guide you on how to close your store, which can be done following these steps here. After you have successfully closed it, you will be able to contact us through this link here and from there we can look into a refund for the subscription for you.  

 

As for the coffee - do you remember what the name of the store that you ordered it from? Could you also let me know when you placed the order, and have you tried contacting them directly already? If you were unable to get in touch, please do share the URL of that store with me here so that I can take a look and help you find some contact options.
