Why am I billed by Shopify after cancellation attempt?

Hey.

 

I was trying to cancel subscription and close the site after 14 days period, but it ended up charging me instead. 

 

Is there any way that I can get my money back?

 

I have not even used the website, I was just trying things out.

 

I'm planning on selling on Shopify but not for now.
