Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
all of my stores are shown as inactive but I didn't cancel subscriptions I had on them (Kopy), will i continue to get billed
Hey, @Erzaa1! Welcome to Shopify Community!
If you didn't cancel your subscription, it's possible your store went into a frozen state. A store becomes frozen if you miss paying for your subscription or if a payment fails eight times. Frozen stores are considered inactive stores and they're inaccessible until you settle your bill and select and pay for a plan. Since they're inactive, they will no longer incur any charges, so you will not be billed for new invoices.
In regards to the app charge, we always recommend uninstalling apps to ensure the app subscription is cancelled. While it is unlikely that your frozen store will still be charged, I suggest contacting the app developer for clarification. You can find Kopy's contact information on this page. Alternatively, you may go ahead and reactivate your store and uninstall the app.
What kind of online store are you running and how is your business doing so far?
