Why am I encountering errors setting up my payout method on Shopify?

I've been constantly trying my bank account in order to set up  my payout method and finally launch my store, but I do every step on Plaid widget, and it says they were successful adding my info. when the widget closes the window shopify says that, there are erros with my bank account. how can I proceed?

With regards to your inquiry, I recommend you reach out to our live support team for further assistance. Once they verify your credentials, they can open up back end information and provide better support on why this is happening with the bank account you are trying to input.

They keep on making me run circles, the website makes me go after every PLAID step, and it seems to be ok, but once the PLAID widget closes it says there’s a problem with my bank account. I need to talk to someone in person if possible, that’s basically the only thing holding me from getting my Store running.
