Why am I getting a business address error in Japanese Shopify payments setup?

i keep getting this error"Business address town (kana) cannot be found with that town and postal code combination"

i refilled everything 4times but i still get the same error

I'm new here too but it would be possible your acc in being confused by
another information provider like apple and you will need to check all is
correct.on apple pay and Google or which ever providers available . In your
area.
