Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey,
Every time I try to purchase the product from my store I always get this error when navigating to the checkout page.
How do I fix this issue?
Hi @adithyapappula,
You need to select a plan before your store can take orders. In order to enable the checkout, you will need to upgrade the plan to the "Basic" plan or higher.
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan to change your plan.

With regards to your inquiry, I definitely would see if the error is coming from what @AvadaCommerce mentioned regarding selecting a plan. This can definitely be one of the reasons why your checkout is not active yet.
I have also attached this great checklist from the Help Center to guide you with properly setting up your store and all the proper functionalities that come with it. Definitely give that list a review to see if you missed any steps. That will help up pin point what other steps need to be completed to get your store up and running and accepting orders.
