Why am I getting a shipping label error?

Is anyone else having an issue with creating shipping labels I have tried since yesterday and the same message keeps popping up saying there’s an internal error with evri and I’m not sure how else I can create a label!

It looks like there were some issues with purchasing shipping labels from certain carriers yesterday, and the carriers should have resolved the issue now. If the problem continues to persist for you, then we'll need to access your account in order to resolve the issue. Hmmm...

 

I'm having the exact same problem today with Evri (UK) - identical message, word for word.

 

I've tried the usual suspects, cleared the cache, tried a different browser and even a different terminal etc. but no joy. I first had the issue 8 hours ago and nothing has changed since. Yet I have already purchased several shipping labels from the same carrier today, including one just 5 minutes prior to the error occuring. 

 

As such, I'm wondering how you got on. Was it resolved by them or did you have to do anything in particular to get the service back?
