Why am I getting double courier charges on multiple items?

Why am I getting double courier charges on multiple items?

Hiya

I'm using EIZ integrated with Shopify and our local courier. When my customers purchase more than one light that will go into the same package, the system treats it as two separate orders. I cannot find any info about this problem.

Can anyone help? many thanks
