Why am I getting ERROR CODE PE: 106 when entering credit card details?

Hello, why is it that when I’m trying to put my credit card details, a message saying “ERROR CODE PE: 106” appears on my online website. I’ve searched everywhere for a similar problem, but couldn’t find it. Help me ?
