Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Ive setup my shopify store and at one point i had 40 visitors and i get traffic from social media but last month barely any. it seems they had an issue checking out? am i doing something wrong with the settings?
ive had my store set up for a month but i still have no sales
i disabled my test mode on my payments settings so will that fix the issue? i also integrated my store to printify for shipping.
Hey @serenityphotons.
Thanks for reaching out.
You can navigate to Orders > Abandoned Checkouts and selecting on a checkout to View payment events from an abandoned checkout. This will display the error messages that your customers may have received during the checkout process and can provide you with what might be causing the issue that they are experiencing. Could you let us know if you notice any specific error messages? As this information will allow us to assist you accordingly.
In order to allow your customers to successfully make purchases from your Shopify store, the Shopify Payments test mode must be disabled.
Additionally, feel more than welcome to share your online store URL with us so we can take a further look.
Looking forward to your response.

Okay i appreciate your reply, I will try the steps you mentioned above.
This is my store url https://a7eb98.myshopify.com/
i have test mode disabled, and so far i dont have any error messages.
Hey @serenityphotons.
Thanks for the quick response.
Looking into your URL, I did not experience any errors when adding products to the cart or navigating to the checkout. However, you could potentially make some changes to the online store to help encourage a purchase from your visitors.
What do you think about including an announcement bar on your homepage? You can add the announcement bar to create a call-to-action for your visitors when they arrive on the homepage. For example, you could use the announcement bar to inform your visitors of any on-going discounts or free shipping offers that may be available. It is a great way to encourage your customers to begin browsing or even make a purchase.
When I navigated to your online store, I did notice that you currently do not have a favicon added to the homepage. A favicon is small image that displays on the browser tab and represents the business. If you take a look towards the top of your browser - I am sure you will see several favicons! You can add a favicon to your online store by following this guide here.
Let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
