Why am I not receiving my small business payouts?

This is ridiculous that I'm having to ask this in an open forum because only support is a virtual assistant. I've been using you guys for my small business website for about 2 years. I used to only do transactions through PayPal but you guys pushed Shopify Payments and spoke highly of all these benefits. 

 

It's now December 29th, my last Shopify Payout was November 28th. Why am I not receiving my payouts? I've had many PayPal transactions this month, but I've had payments that "will be in my next payout" since Novemver 29th. 

 

A small business cannot function with payments every month or more. I need to recieve my payments so I can purchase the products I need to keep my business going, and pay my bills. Please figure out why I'm not receiving payments. If this happens again I'm going back to PayPal only.

Shopify Payments payouts will be sent to you based on your payout schedule. You can review this in your Shopify admin by going to Settings > Payments and clicking View payouts in the Shopify Payments section. This guide on viewing and scheduling payouts can help.

 

If you still have questions about your payouts you will want to speak with our support team through the Help Center here. We can't see your account details here over the Shopify Community, but if you contact us through the page I shared we can look into this with you in more detail. When you visit this page you will need to first type your question to the Help Center assistant so it can direct you to the available support options from there.

So I've done just that. I see my options as:

Throughout the Day

Every Business Day

Every Week

Every Month

 

Throughout the Day is checked and I've never changed this setting. Again, my last PayOut was November 28th. I have many transactions since (without issues) that "will be in my next Payout." I was seeing them next day, sometimes 2-3 day, and now they've just stopped. Again, Throughout the Day is my Payout option, and it's been over a month anyways.

If you aren't receiving payouts according to your payout schedule I recommend speaking with our support team through the Help Center.
