Why am I not receiving orders from my Printify-connected store?

I have a store on Shopify where I sell different types of merch. My website is connected to Printify.com. The website to it is "illegal-shirts.store". I have not received any orders since I made the store a few months ago. However, yesterday a customer wrote to my email and asked me about the status of his order. I checked Shopify and Printify, but I hadn't received any new orders. I asked the customer about more details of the order and he had ordered 2 weeks ago and paid quite a hefty sum. Can someone help me out?

That is quite strange indeed.

 

Could you please confirm with the customer if the funds have been deducted from their account? It's important to ensure there are no misunderstandings or payment issues.

 

Additionally, have you checked your abandoned checkouts? Sometimes customers may think they have completed an order, but it hasn't actually gone through. You can learn more about abandoned checkouts here at this link.

 

I recommend reaching out to Printify support directly to inquire if any orders have been registered in their system. You can reach out to their support team by clicking here.

 

By the way, I had a browse through your store and wanted to say well done! You mentioned not having any sales in the last few months, so I wanted to offer some suggestions to help you with your store and getting more sales! One thing I noticed is you do not have a logo or any brand identity. I'd recommend creating a logo to stand out. Check out Hatchful here for some ideas!

 

In addition to that, I'd recommend adding some store policies to your footer. It's always good to have a refund policy, privacy policy and shipping information page so that customers have all the information they need. This also helps build trust with them. Learn how to add store policies here.
