Why am I not receiving payments from my website sales?

Could you share when the customer placed the order? The reason I ask is that you can view your next payout date next to the order that should be paid out. This can be located in your Shopify admin by clicking View all payouts on the right-hand side of the screen. 

When a customer places an order in your store, the funds might not appear in your bank account immediately after. Banks typically take between 24-72 hours to process deposits to your bank account. Also, the length of your pay period depends on the country where your store is based. Check out our Getting paid with Shopify Payments and Supported Countries resource for additional information.
