Why am I not receiving payouts after a customer refund?

Since I refunded a customer.  I am not getting my payout from new orders since December 1st. 

How can I contact shopify?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your payouts. What is the status of the payouts? DO they say 'pending' or something else? Yan view your payouts under Settings > Payouts.
