Why am I not seeing sales in my PayPal balance from Facebook ads?

I have a problem with receiving payments in Shopify store and I'm connecting it to Facebook ads manager the ads manager shows that i have till now 49 purchases but it's not shown on my PayPal balance at all and there's no sales in my Shopify dashboard.
