Why am I paying Aliexpress from my own pocket for my online store orders?

I have a Shopify online store with drop shipping from Aliexpress.The problem is that Shopify doesn’t pay me for the orders so I have to pay aliexpress with my own money. It’s been weeks now and Shopify still doesn’t pay out the money for paid orders, what’s wrong?? I can’t pay all the orders myself , and I have set only one business day for payouts to my bank account. I use dsers as droppshippung tool if that has anything to do with this issue, can you please help me asap!!

Hello! I am newbie as well. If you didn't receive a payment from your customer, then you setup the payment info wrong in your Shopify Account. The idea is that once your customer pays, then you should get the customer payment into your business bank account. You should check it with your bank and not Shopify unless you setup something wrong in your Shopify Account. Yes, you need to pay to AliExpress once your customer paid to you, but you should only be using the funds from your business. It is a very bad idea to pay to AliExpress with your own funds.

No that’s what not my issue. The problem with payouts was that I had to have two-factor-authentication enabled, so after doing this the payouts works .

I have not been able to get my customer payments into my business bank accounts, it even shows zero payouts from Shopify. How do I know that there is a problem with my bank because I linked my Shopify account with my store immediately when I created my store.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one having this problem. I have not been able to get a single payout, I reached out to customer support for help and got back nothing. Yet I do not have the money to pay for the customer orders on AliExpress to get them to my customers.
