Unfortunately, for 5 days in our shop is the error that customers as soon as they choose an additional option to our products, the PayPal Ceckout does not work.
This error only occurs as soon as you select an option.
PayPal said to me that it is the error code 10413 with: "Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. Lake
additional error messages for details. The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.
How can I fix this error?
Customers are contating us 24/7 because Paypal is the most used payment method.
I would really appreciate any help as Shopify Support do not want to help us.
