Why am I seeing extra charges outside my ecommerce bill?

Hi i would like to get an explanation for why with the adjustments i am getting outside of my shopify bill? Does it have something to do with difference in shipping fees?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with understanding your Shopify Bill, to ensure this gets resolved. 

 

To share some insight, shipping labels that are purchased through Shopify will appear on your bill. This includes any shipping insurance that is purchased as well as any adjustments made by the shipping carriers. 

 

After taking a closer look, it seems the associated fees) are related to shipping adjustments. To confirm however, you can check the orders timeline where this would be outlined. For more information on this, you can check out our Understanding Your Shopify Bill documentation. 

 

If you have confirmed no shipping adjustments have occurred, please feel free to Contact Support as our advisors can investigate further. This will allow us to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
