Why am I still being billed after canceling my subscriptions?

I had canceled both of my subscriptions so I shouldn't be billed for my subscriptions and I'm still getting billed for them can you cancel my subscriptions and not Bill me

I should not be billed and can you even reimbursed what's your building before cuz I canceled it a month ago

Thank you for getting in touch. If you have cancelled the subscription for your store, Shopify will not continue to charge you on a regular basis, although it's possible that you may be issued a final invoice if there were outstanding charges due at the time of your account's closure.

 

If you have closed your store and are still receiving regular charges from Shopify, it's possible that you have another store that is still online with an active subscription. I would recommend using our store recovery tool to check if there any other stores associated with your email address that may still be active.

 

If you cannot locate any other stores but are still being charged, please contact our support team directly who can look into this in more detail for you.
